Everything is baked fresh, in small batches, from our home kitchen in Bengaluru.

- Cookies, muffins, malt & flours are usually ready the same day. Cakes and cupcakes are baked fresh to order — please give us 24 hours' notice.

- Free delivery within 3 km of Chikkalasandra on orders of ₹500 or more.
Ordering & pricing
Orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp — there's no online checkout on this site. Final pricing is confirmed on WhatsApp before we start baking. Minor customisations — less sweet, nut-free, no cardamom, and similar small requests — are welcome; just mention them when you place your order, and we'll confirm what's possible.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order any time before we confirm it and start baking. Cakes and cupcakes are baked fresh to your order, so once preparation has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Returns & refunds
All our products are freshly baked, perishable food made specifically for your order — for hygiene and food-safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered or picked up.
Wrong, damaged, or spoiled items
The one exception: if what you received is the wrong item, damaged in transit, or spoiled on arrival, message us on WhatsApp the same day with a photo and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund. This doesn't cover a change of mind or personal taste preference once the order has been delivered.
